Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge leaves the hospital

Duchess of Cambridge and her husband, Prince William left the hospital with their new born baby prince. The Duchess looked beautiful only one day after she delivered her first child.

She was wearing a bespoke light blue polka-dot dress designed by Jenny Packham.

Everybody started comparing this dress with the one Princess Diana had some thirty years ago when she left the same hospital after Prince William was born. It is really nice that Duchess chose a similar dress.

Personally, I think that polka-dot dresses always looks elegant and cute. Therefore I was happy to see some of them also on the red carpet (thanks to Jenny Packham :)):

Here are some budget suggestions:

H & M dress, $25

P.S. Hope the prince will be named Philip :)

The fashion world of Jean Paul Gaultier

I traveled to Stockholm one month ago. It was a birthday present from my boyfriend since I have never been there before... and he is a Swede so we "had to do it" :)

Anyway, while walking through the city centrum I saw a commercial for the latest exhibition at the Architecture Museum: The fashion world of Jean Paul Gaultier.

That was something I couldn't miss.

Tickets were around $25, but it was worth it.

Jean Paul Gaultier is one of the leading haute couture fashion designers around the world. His work is unconventional, provocative and really sexy. He never received any formal training as a designer, but I would say that his talent is enormous.

"The fashion world of Jean Paul Gaultier" shows some of his most exciting designs from 1980s until late today.  The exhibition consists of over 100 clothing pieces, and it is a real treat for everybody in love in fashion, but also for those who are just a bit curious (my boyfriend managed to stay with me for two whole hours without complying to much :) ).

The exhibition has been on for quite some time now, so if it comes to your city: DON¨T MISS IT :)

Here are some pics. Hope you will enjoy it.

Wimbledon 2013 final

Andy Murray marked a historical moment for British tennis this Sunday. After 77 years finally one British man made to win Wimbledon, probably the most prestigious tennis tournament in the world. He won over Novak Djokovic in an exciting match where camera was often focusing on Andy's and Novak's girlfriends and their reactions during the match.

My favorite was Jelena Ristic who looked chick in her cute and elegant summer dress:

Andy's better half wore an extraordinary Victoria Beckham dress which I didn't like so much on this occasion:

Later that day Kim attended Wimbledon Champions dinner wearing a delightful Burberry dress. Although that was a big fashion improvement, her appereance was not as spectacular  as Olga Kurylenko's a few months ago in a same dress:
